This website is the official direct online store of the JARLL ART brand. All products sold here are official and authentic. We only provide quality assurance and after-sales service for products sold in this store.

Sales Time

Under normal circumstances, JARLL will ship within 48 hours after payment. Delivery may be delayed due to reasons such as traffic and weather. We recommend checking the order details page or the official website of the courier company for delivery progress.

Please carefully read the product description before making a purchase, or consult our customer service for advice.

Return and Exchange Instructions

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. After this period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. (If an invoice has been issued, please make sure to return it with the product.)

For issues with the product itself (e.g., internal scene detachment, winding sound not smooth, wrong product sent), you can apply for an exchange within seven days, limited to the same product.

Please keep the product in its original condition so it can be resold (no dirt, wear, damage, modifications, etc.) and original packaging (inner and outer packaging, tote bag, gifts, invoice, etc.). Do not send the product back without any outer box or secure packaging.

Product Packaging

We will choose appropriate wrapping paper based on the product. The package includes a complimentary paper bag and greeting card envelope. Please refer to the actual items received in the package. We kindly ask customers to confirm with customer service before shipment and appreciate your understanding.

The following situations do not provide return and exchange services

  1. Products that have been damaged, modified, or processed.
  2. Products with damaged packaging.
  3. Products received over 7 days ago.
  4. Non-official JARLL products, products without a purchase record, and products with a large number of malicious returns.
